Serve as the primary staff liaison for the Freshman Class and its elected officers. Support students in the planning, budgeting, and execution of class events such as Homecoming activities, fundraisers, and other class-led initiatives. Responsible for supervising all student involvement during class-led activities, not scheduled during the school day. Facilitate regular class meetings and mentor students in developing leadership skills, responsibility, and a positive presence in both school and the community. Manage the Freshman Class budget in collaboration with the ASB Advisor, ensuring responsible financial stewardship of class funds. Maintain consistent communication with students, parents/guardians, and administration regarding upcoming events and responsibilities. Ensure that all class-sponsored events and fundraisers adhere to school policies, district guidelines, and appropriate safety protocols. Support and coordinate fundraising efforts to prepare for senior year expenses, such as the senior trip and other senior-related activities. Maintain accurate records of all items sold during fundraisers. Foster positive student engagement and promote class unity throughout the school year. Demonstrate the ability to connect with, mentor, and support high school-aged students. Work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating initiative and follow-through. Be reliable, responsible, punctual, and highly organized in all duties. Must successfully pass a Washington State background check. Reports directly to the High School ASB Advisor. " />
